Natalya retains her spot at #24 on this week’s Power 25, despite a loss on ECW this week for her team. Also, in a weird and unfortunate twist, Natalya was no where to be seen on SmackDown! this week =( Let’s hope things are looking more bright next week!

Natalya made her ECW debut last night in a six Diva tag team match teaming up with Layla and Victoria to take on Cherry, Kelly Kelly and Michelle McCool! Results below:
McCool and Natalya open the bout. Natalya unloads with forearms in the corner, then tags in Victoria. She leg scissors McCool, then works over her arm. McCool backflips out of the corner, then kicks Victoria down. Cherry tagged in, then slid under for a sunset flip attempt.
Victoria ducked out of the ring, leavinga distracted Cherry to be clotheslined by Natalya in a sweet spot. Natalya (head and arms above everyone else in the working department it really seems) locks on an armbar. The heels continue to work on Cherry. Victoria hit a flip legdrop into the ring. Sabu would be proud. Victoria went for a spot but Cherry got her knees up. Victoria recovered, nailed the other face Divas, then locked on a front facelock to prevent a tag.
She went after the babyface corner again, and this time Cherry rolled her up for the pin.

WWE.com is celebrating National Women’s Health Week with fitness tips from the Divas! Today, Natalya offers advice on nutrition:
Being a WWE Diva, we always have to be on our game. We always have to be in the gym watching what we eat and taking care of our bodies. A lot of the Divas here do yoga, Pilates and weight training — whatever it is that works for them. However, I’m a firm believer that not everything works for everyone. Find what works for you. Find what you like and then it won’t feel like work.
I am an avid runner, I love running. When I go back home to Canada, I go running a lot with my sister. We go on a beautiful bike trail and can run for 10 miles. It’s so beautiful because we’re right by the mountains and the Bow River, and it doesn’t feel like a work out. For me, running is almost an addiction. I just get that “runner’s high.” It makes me feel good for the rest of the day. It’s great.
Find a partner that you’ll stay committed to, because sometimes it’s easy to wake up in the morning and be like, “I don’t want to do it.” But if you have a partner, you don’t want to let them down.
Also, I think to take care of yourself is not to deprive yourself. … I think everything is OK in moderation. If you work hard and you want something, have it. That’s motivation to work out even harder. I just find that if you get too obsessive about anything, it will drive you nuts. So I think everything in moderation, do what you enjoy and it will never feel like work. And hopefully you’ll have a healthier lifestyle.

Hey everyone, I’m really sorry about the lack of updates this week; namely the lateness of SmackDown! media and the absence of RAW captures. This has been a really long week for me only to be accentuated by the release of Torrie Wilson which has kept me tied up the last couple of days. Anyway, thanks to Erin for updating where she could and I will have screen captures etc. up shortly!

WWE.com has posted a new photoshoot featuring Natalya entitled “Bringin’ It”. And to make a terrible pun, she certainly “brings it” - in more ways than one. It’s nice to see Natalya show her friendlier side, isn’t it?
